Literally Ramblin Man

Last week, the end of March was our yearly pilgrimage to the now more north, north, Milwaukee for Adepticon. This year due to life’s responsibilities we didn’t get to play in the steel rifts event. We still made it in time for Dungeon Bowl, and boy do I love dungeon bowl.

A pretty straight forward list – four ghouls, four wraiths, 2 flesh golems, a skeleton and the college of death wizard. They proved to be a hardy bunch. I lost in the first round to Grither, who went on to win the whole thing. I didn’t go home empty handed however and I took home most casualties for Dungeons of Adepticon. I couldn’t defend my title but I had a blast.

Saturday and Sunday were left for Bloodbowl. I brought gnomes with stuporbowl stars – Rejjie Wight and Gnarls Bloodson. Day one really inflated my ego, winning two games and my only loss was to the days winner.

Sunday went different. I went 1-0-2, losing my first two games. The losses weren’t that bad and they were to exceptional opponents. In fact, the struggle was some of the most fun blood bowl I’ve had that weekend.

The next event is my own. This year is looking to have a lot of great bloodbowl in my future!
